Carla joined Inpharmation in 2007 from GlaxoSmithKline.

She has held management and director roles right across the company and was promoted to Managing Director in 2021. Her strength in leading the Inpharmation team comes from the fact that she knows Inpharmation inside out. She has worked with every department at Inpharmation and in all our areas of expertise.

Carla’s philosophy is that knowledge is a starting point, but it takes depth and breadth of experience to deliver what our customers really need. For us to understand the big picture, we need to know the detail. Carla is an open-door, hands-on manager and her management team is the same.

Her degree in Molecular Medicine and Hematology is from the University of the Witwatersrand and her MBA is from London Business School.
